Using your Wataniya Mobile SIM card you can roam in the countries regularly visited by Palestinians. At Wataniya Mobile, we have signed agreements with many operators around the world to ensure that you stay in contact with your family, friends, and business associates in Palestine and around the world.
A Kalimate Customer can roam on all 'Preferred Networks', in over 10 countries, through over 10 operators with which Wataniya Mobile has roaming agreements. Dahab customers, both Enterprise and Individuals, can roam in over 62 countries around the World, through offering roaming services on 'Preferred Networks', in addition to 'Global Roaming' in a number other countries.
Dahab Individuals customers need to activate this service through visiting Wataniya Mobile service centers, while this service is activated to Dahab Business customers through the enterprise administrator.

As a Dahab customer, you can make/receive calls and send/receive messages Roaming will start automatically if the customer is using automatic network selection, or he/she needs to manually select the network if he/she is using manual network selection through the “Network selection” menu in your mobile handset.

How to Start Roaming?
The customer needs to make the following steps:
Select the icon “Wataniya Mobile” from the SIM menu
Select “Roaming”
Select “Start Roaming”
The following message will appear “Please restart your phone to enjoy Roaming”
The above message will appear again if no restart within 30 seconds (increment of every 30 seconds)
Turn off phone, then turn it on
If the country the customer is trying to roam in is from the list mentioned above, then roaming will start automatically if the customer is using automatic roaming option, or he/she needs to manually select the network if he/she is using manual roaming option through the “Network selection” menu in your mobile handset.
How to End Roaming? The customer needs to make the following steps:
Choose the icon “Wataniya Mobile” from the SIM menu
Select “Roaming”
Select “End Roaming”
The following message will appear “Are you back in Palestine?”
Select “Yes”
Then the following message will appear “Please restart your phone to end Roaming”
The above message will appear again if no restart within 30 seconds (increment of every 30 seconds)
Turn off phone, and then turn it on
Notes:
If the customer tries to use the above mentioned steps to start roaming while he/she is in Palestine, the following message will appear: “Roaming is not allowed while in Palestine”
